terms of service

!! Failure to read and/or understand the terms of services before commissioning will lead to actions taken, of which include but are not limited to:
> Banning of participation in future transactions and/or auctions
> Block and ban from further interaction with said transgressor over major involved social media sites (Bluesky, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Deviantart, Discord, etc)
> Blacklist(s) and warning post(s) made over major art sites / communities / webpages / serversSERVICE POLICY
- I have the right to edit and change my TOS anytime.
- I have the right to decline or refuse commission/art requests.
- I have the right to blacklist or block anyone who violates my TOS.
- I have the right to price my commissions, adopts, etc. as I see fit.COMMISSIONED ART USAGE POLICY
- Please credit my work.
- Do NOT alter/remove/crop out my watermark that is present on all my work.
- Do NOT use my work for commercial purposes.
- Do NOT use my work to make a profit.
- Do NOT alter/edit my work in any way.
- All commissioned work will be watermarked and posted on my art socials.PROCESS, REVISIONS & DELIVERY
- You will be put on a waiting list as I prepare your commission.
- Before commissioning, please provide all references, choice of order and any related additional information to me.
- You will be notified when I start on your commission.
- You will receive 3-4 updates on your order while I work on it. The first one being the sketch, then lineart/flat coloring, and lastly the final product.
- Please list any changes you want made during the sketching and coloring stage.• For character art:
- Solid color / gradient / image scenery / doodle / large prop background: the completed order will include at least two pieces of finished artwork, one with colored background and the other transparent.
- Rendered scenery background: the completed order will include one piece of finished artwork inclusive of the background.
- PNG with 600 dpi, dimensions around 2000px - 3000px on both sides• For character sheets / pages:
- the completed order will include one piece of finished artwork, with or without colored background (depending on the order).
- PNG with 600 dpi, dimensions around 2000px - 4000px on both sides- Both works with its original dimensions/resolution will be sent to you in a Google Drive folder.
- Commissioned work may take up around 1 week - few months to complete depending on factors such as health, complexity of the commissioned work, other work and seasons.
- A fee will be charged if you want something changed in the final work.COMMUNICATIONS
- You are expected to respond back to me within a week, at most a month before and during the entire process of preparing your commission.
- The waiting period (waiting list stage) can be as long as 1 year, or even more depending on factors such as health, studies, other work and seasons.
- If you were to change your method of contact, please inform me beforehand so I can keep in touch with you.
- I will do my best to reach out to you on different platforms, but in the event that I am unable to contact you whatsoever before payment, the order will be cancelled.REFUNDS & PAYMENT
- I accept USD only via PayPal.
- Payment must be made during or after the sketching stage, and before the coloring stage.
- All orders are to be paid 100% upfront.
- Refunds are not allowed.
- All prices are inclusive of extra/additional transaction fees (e.g. Paypal transaction charges).
- The client is responsible for all extra/additional fees.
